George E. Misok is the Principal Broker at 1st Class Real Estate in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He grew up in Virginia Beach, and graduated from Princess Anne High School; go Cavaliers! Loved surfing, playing baseball, playing football. U.S. Navy retired, a proud veteran. Received his real estate license November 1982. He received his Broker License in January 1991.
He has always been creative in marketing, such as specializing in Golf Course Communities in the 1990s and even having an aerial color photograph taken of a subdivision with him and his real estate partner pointing to the subdivision. This was of course, before drones, a real airplane was used, (the residents loved the photo). You may also have seen his car with the "RLST8 GY" license plate and the similar rear window display with the same. He received an Associate of Science degree from Tidewater Community College specializing in early childhood education. He was a substitute teacher in the Virginia Beach School System, grades 1-5. In his free time currently, he enjoys riding his bike on the boardwalk, running in Seashore State Park, and reading.
